Jennifer Morris Jones is a partner in the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog. During my time with the firm, I coached Jennifer on business development and marketing activities for her practice. She offered the following comments on working with me:
I worked with Ginny when she was Director of Marketing at Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog. She and I had regular coaching sessions and it wasn’t long before I was seeing results from our sessions in the form of increased visibility for my practice, speaking opportunities, and new clients. Ginny showed me how to effectively use content marketing and social media to connect with potential clients, establish trust and credibility, and build relationships online. I would highly recommend Ginny to any law firm or attorney who needs help with marketing in the continuously evolving digital age.
My Approach to Business Development Coaching
Over the course of my career, I’ve helped more than 1000 attorneys market themselves and their practices. To put together a successful plan, you have to first take into account the individual attorney’s strengths and weaknesses, and his or her preferences for marketing activities. I work with attorneys to focus their practices, and understand the target clients they need to reach. Together we put together a realistic plan given the time and other resources they have available.
My goal is to show attorneys how online marketing efforts, such as blogging and engaging on social media, can supplement their in-person efforts. Both are important for success. If you are interested in discussing how we can work together to build your practice, shoot me an email and we will set up a time to talk.
